Re-Lash Extensions (non-KNAS)
Service Description
Select this service if Kalina Nails Art Studio did not apply your previous set or fill. A minimum of 50% of your lash extensions must remain; otherwise, please book a full set instead. Please note that if your lash extensions do not meet our quality standards—such as clustered lashes, poor isolation, or uncleanliness—you will be required to pay for removal and a new full set.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. At Kalina Nails Art Studio, we understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be canceled. However, we require that all clients confirm their appointments at least 24-hours before their scheduled appointment time. Failure to confirm an appointment at least 24 hours before, will result in the appointment being cancelled. Customer cancellations of confirmed appointments, and no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
